Usability and Note Taking

Project 3 of the UX design course, has been a notetaking exercise over 2 users navigating the same websites and same case. I chose to scribble notes like a crazy lady which I then wrote up in Canva in a way which makes more sense for future reference and mapping.

having context of the users keeps the rigor and quality of the qualitative data we are collecting accurate and measurable - as far as possible. And the mapping has been colour coded in a way which makes it easy to understand with notes to review marked for future reference.
